Brigantia

As the sun rises in the east,
As it sets on the Western Shore
Your name — Exalted One —
Rings out on the tongues of all.

As the snake rises from below the rock,
I will not strike it,
Nor it strike me —
For we are sisters.

Fiery Arrow,
You make your path across skies of blue,
Gray, and orange —
For you cover the world.

And we, down below, who feel your warmth,
We keep your flame.
Our hearths are ever open to your presence
And we light the bonfires when the time is right.
For the sun is eternal,
And so are you.
