Eternal Haunted Summer
Dear Ms Buchanan,
I am contacting you because I have an extremely Pagan centric book coming out in June or July of 2013 and I was hoping you might be interested in doing a review on the work. My novel, Worlds Apart is in the paranormal romance genera but as I’m fond of saying, it doesn’t give me a tooth ach. In Worlds Apart Markus, an Egyptian path wizard from a parallel world with different physical laws travels to our world in a bid to stop a blight that is destroying his own. Here he meets Alcina, a second degree Celtic Wiccan priestess, who is fighting a custody battle over her son Tim against the boy’s father Carl who abandoned her when she was pregnant eight years before. Carl has the backing of a dangerous hypocritical negatively inclined Christian based religious cult. Markus helps Alcina save Tim, Alcina helps Markus save his world and along the way they fall in love.
Along with the central love story there is a strong adventure plot and a sub plot of political intrigue. Also, to make this point clear there are many positively inclined Christian characters in the book. The message is one about the dangers of ego and extremism not bashing anybody.
I would be very grateful if you could add my novel to your list to be reviewed. I currently can send a PDF of the final galley proof. I will mention that my publisher Dark Dragon Publishing is very keen to get quotes for the front cover of the book that is due out in June or July of 2013. Any review is more than welcome regardless of when it is done but if you don’t mention things like my publisher’s time table then they never manifest.
If you would be willing to do a review please send me an e-mail and I will send you the pdf version of the book.
Thank you for your time.

Thanks. 🙂 It was a difficult, but very satisfying story to write.
